1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern access to and use of Elonbet platforms, including the Elonbet website, mobile applications and any services provided (the Site). By registering, logging in, placing bets, purchasing virtual currency, or using any Elonbet service, you enter into a binding agreement with Elonbet and agree to these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must refrain from using the Site.

2. Definitions

• Account: the user profile you create upon registration, through which you access Elonbet services.
• Coins: the internal virtual currency used on the Site to participate in games and promotions.
• Wager: any bet, stake or equivalent entered by you on a Game or gambling product.
• Promotions: any bonus, offer, or incentive made available by Elonbet, subject to separate terms.
• KYC: Know Your Customer verification processes to confirm identity and eligibility.
• Website: Elonbet platforms, including all sub-domains, apps and services operated or controlled by Elonbet.

3. Eligibility and Registration

• 3.1 Age and legality: You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of legal majority applicable in your jurisdiction) and legally permitted to gamble. You are responsible for ensuring that using the Site is legal in your jurisdiction.
• 3.2 Restricted jurisdictions: The Site may be unavailable to residents of certain territories. Elonbet reserves the right to restrict access or service to customers in any jurisdiction as required by local regulation or policy.
• 3.3 Account information: During registration you must provide accurate, current information, including a working mobile number, email address, chosen username and password, and your legal name. Elonbet may verify the data supplied. Name changes are limited and require approval by Customer Support.
• 3.4 Confidentiality of credentials: Login credentials are confidential and must not be disclosed. Elonbet bears no liability for losses arising from negligent safeguarding of credentials.
• 3.5 Prohibited persons: Employees or associates of suppliers or connected persons may not register or use a Site promotions; violations may result in closure of related accounts and forfeiture of winnings with only the original deposit refunded.
• 3.6 Personal accounts: Accounts, balances and winnings are personal, non-transferable and cannot be sold or pledged. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your account.
• 3.7 Security features: Two-factor authentication (2FA) is offered and strongly recommended to enhance account security.

4. Account Management and Security

• 4.1 Suspensions and disputes: If a dispute arises regarding an account, Elonbet may suspend the account while it is investigated. Disputes should be submitted in writing with relevant details.
• 4.2 Voidings and reversals: Elonbet may void wagers or transactions in whole or in part if there is credible evidence of account manipulation, breach of rules, criminal activity, significant alteration of odds, technical failure, or other material errors.
• 4.3 Account closure: If an account is closed or suspended, Elonbet may take steps to prevent future use from the same individual or device and void associated play.
• 4.4 2FA: While optional, enabling 2FA is strongly recommended and may be required for certain actions or higher tiers of activity.

5. Wagering and Transactions

• 5.1 Wagering from funds: All wagering must be conducted using funds available in your Account. Wagers are not valid if deposited funds have not been credited to your Account.
• 5.2 Record accuracy: Elonbet undertakes reasonable efforts to maintain accurate wagering records but does not guarantee the absence of errors.
• 5.3 Finality of wagering: Elonbet’s wagering decisions are final with respect to the terms of bets and the circumstances in which bets were placed.
• 5.4 Taxes: Any taxes or fees arising from winnings are your sole responsibility.
• 5.5 Wagering integrity: You agree not to engage in fraud, collusion, match-fixing or use of software or hardware aids to manipulate outcomes.

6. Purchases, Virtual Currency and Valuations

• 6.1 Coin purchases: Coins may be purchased through the payment methods available in your Account. Cash or cheque payments are not accepted.
• 6.2 Currency conversion: If a purchase is processed in a currency other than your Account currency, conversion occurs at the prevailing rate and you bear any conversion fees.
• 6.3 KYC for purchases: Elonbet may request additional identity documents prior to approving a purchase; accounts failing to provide them may be closed.
• 6.4 Credit: Elonbet does not offer credit.
• 6.5 Authorization: By purchasing Coins you confirm the transaction is authorized and irrevocable.
• 6.6 Wagering requirements: Any applicable wagering conditions must be satisfied before a withdrawal is permitted.
• 6.7 Third-party payments: Payments made by third parties are prohibited; winnings from such payments are voided.
• 6.8 Valuation adjustments: Item valuations are based on public data. If Elonbet’s valuation deviates from market price by more than 5% or USD 5, Elonbet may adjust the balance. Abuse of pricing systems may result in a permanent ban and confiscation.
• 6.9 Item transfers: Trades and item transfers depend on the platform’s mechanics; Elonbet is not liable for platform-side losses. Items missing from the public inventory after a trade may be deemed lost without compensation.
• 6.10 Fiat processing: Fiat transactions are processed through a designated payment processor as disclosed in the account settings.

7. Withdrawals

• 7.1 KYC for withdrawals: Elonbet may require KYC verification prior to processing a withdrawal and may amend its KYC policy at any time.
• 7.2 Withdrawal limits: The minimum withdrawal limit per calendar week shall be not less than USD 500 (or equivalent). Elonbet may adjust withdrawal-rate limits without prior notice.
• 7.3 Bonus and unsettled funds: Withdrawals are blocked until any bonus wagering requirements are satisfied and coins tied up in unfinished play may not be withdrawn.
• 7.4 Security wagers: For fraud-prevention purposes you may be required to wager at least 1× your most recent purchase amount before a withdrawal is processed.
• 7.5 Processing times: Withdrawals are normally processed promptly but may be delayed due to additional checks or regulatory requirements.
• 7.6 Withdrawable assets: Withdrawals are made in the form of assets or funds supported by Elonbet; Coins themselves are not withdrawable. Withdrawals will be credited to the payment method or wallet linked to your Account.
• 7.7 Single withdrawal: Only one withdrawal request may be pending at any time, and Elonbet may limit to one withdrawal per 24-hour period.
• 7.8 Instalments for high-value wins: Where warranted by value, payments may be made in daily instalments for large winnings up to a defined cap.
• 7.9 Maximum daily win: The maximum daily win per Account is capped as published in the Promotions section, and any excess may be forfeited or paid in accordance with Elonbet policies.
• 7.10 Asset restrictions: Skins or similar items obtained on Elonbet may not be resold, exchanged for cash, or listed on third-party marketplaces, except where explicitly allowed by Elonbet.

8. Account Closure and Activity

• 8.1 You may close your Account at any time by contacting Customer Support after cancelling any active wagers. Withdrawable balances will be paid subject to applicable withdrawal fees.
• 8.2 Elonbet may close an Account for any reason at any time, refunding the withdrawable balance less any applicable charges.
• 8.3 Unused bonuses: Bonuses not used within a specified period may be cancelled as provided in the bonus terms.

9. Personal Information and Privacy

Your personal data is processed in accordance with Elonbet’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law. By using the Site you consent to the processing of your data for the purposes described in the Privacy Policy and these Terms.

10. Financial Activity and Compliance

• 10.1 Money-laundering and regulatory compliance: Elonbet may block accounts, void withdrawals, confiscate balances and report to authorities if money-laundering, fraud or other irregularities are suspected.
• 10.2 Collusion and cheating: Collusive behavior, soft-play or information sharing is prohibited. Elonbet monitors play and may disable offending accounts and seize funds.
• 10.3 Fraudulent activity: Use of VPNs, proxies or acting on behalf of another person constitutes fraudulent activity; Elonbet may suspend such accounts and report to law enforcement.

11. Live Chat and Community Interactions

• 11.1 A moderated chat facility may be provided for recreational interaction on the Site, subject to rules and guidelines.
• 11.2 Prohibited conduct includes sexually explicit, racist, hateful or profane language; abusive or defamatory remarks; advertising or promotion of other sites; or collusion via chat.
• 11.3 Breach of chat rules may result in removal from chat or account termination with refund of withdrawable balance only.

12. Crashed, Aborted or Malfunctioning Games

• 12.1 Elonbet is not liable for downtime, server disruption, lag or external disturbances. Refunds are at Elonbet’s discretion.
• 12.2 Wagers are void if the game system malfunctions; if a game miscarries after starting, the wager is returned and any accrued credit settled as per the game rules.
• 12.3 Cash-out requests in games with real-time features may require processing time to reach the server; requests made too quickly may not be guaranteed.

13. Assignment, Transfers and Duties

• 13.1 Elonbet may assign or transfer its rights and obligations under these Terms. You may not transfer your rights or obligations without Elonbet’s written consent.

14. Complaints and Dispute Resolution

Complaints should be addressed to Elonbet Customer Support. Elonbet aims to resolve matters promptly. Queries regarding transactions will be investigated and Elonbet’s decision is final.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and any related agreements are governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction as designated by Elonbet. The courts of that jurisdiction shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any applicable arbitration rules.

16. Intellectual Property

All material on Elonbet, including branding, software, text, graphics and code, is protected by intellectual property law. Elonbet owns or licenses all rights thereto. No part may be reproduced or stored without prior written consent.

17. Entire Agreement, Severability and Translations

• 17.1 These Terms, together with any referenced documents, constitute the entire agreement between you and Elonbet and supersede all prior communications.
• 17.2 If any provision is unlawful or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed and the remainder shall remain in effect.
• 17.3 In the event of any inconsistency between the English version and translations, the English version prevails.
